摘要
目的:探讨积极心理团体辅导对护理实习生知觉压力及工作投入的影响。方法:便利选取275名护理实习生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,比较实习前后两组护理实习生的工作投入的变化。结果:经干预的护理实习生压力知觉降低(P<0.01),工作投入提升(P<0.01)。结论:积极心理团体辅导降低护理实习生的知觉压力,提高工作投入,为维护心理健康提供一定参考依据。
Objective:To explore the effect of positive psychological group counseling on nursing interns'perceived stress and work engagement.Methods:275 nursing interns were divided into experimental group and control group.The changes of work input of the two groups before and after practice were compared.Results:after intervention,the pressure perception of nursing interns decreased(P<0.01),and the work investment increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:active psychological group counseling can reduce the perceived pressure of nursing interns,improve work investment,and provide a certain reference basis for maintaining mental health.
