结合微信的消化内镜教学在住院医师规范化培训中的研究

Using WeChat in the teaching of digestive endoscopy during standardized training of residents

目的:探讨结合微信的消化内镜教学在住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法:把在消化内科轮转的50名规培医师随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统授课培训方法,实验组借助微信分享消化内镜可视化资料和病案讨论。轮转结束后进行理论考核和问卷调查。结果:实验组内镜识图、病案分析和总成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并能够提高学习效率和与患者在内镜诊治方面的沟通能力(P<0.05)。结论:结合微信的可视化内镜教学能够促进消化内科规范化培训医师掌握内镜知识和提高学习效率。

Objective:To explore the teaching effect of endoscopy based on WeChat in the standardized training of residents.Methods:50 residents in the Department of Gastroenterology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching and training method,and the experimental group shared the endoscopic visualization data and case discussion on WeChat.After the practice,theoretical assessment and questionnaire survey were conducted.Results:The results of endoscopy diagnosis,case analysis and total score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The learning efficiency and the communication ability with patients in endoscopy diagnosis and treatment are also improved in the experimental group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The visual endoscopy teaching based on WeChat can promote the standardized training of residents to master endoscopy knowledge and improve learning efficiency,which is worth further promotion.
