摘要 目的:探讨基于6步法的学生互教模式在体格检查实训教学中的应用效果。方法:选取山东医学高等专科学校2018级临床医学专业309名学生为研究对象。实验组采用基于6步法的学生互教模式实训教学,对照组采用传统教学。教学后对两组学生进行考核,采用调查问卷评估两组学生的自我效能感。结果:实验组的OSCE成绩及自我效能感得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论:基于6步法的学生互教模式显著提高了学生的OSCE成绩和自我效能感,在体格检查实训教学中值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the of the effectiveness of the peer teaching based on 6-step approach in physical examination(PE)practical teaching of medical students.Methods:A total of 309 students majoring in clinical medicine from Shandong Medical College of Grade 2018 were selected as the research objects.The experimental group adopted the peer teaching based on 6-step approach,while the control group adopted traditional teaching.After teaching,the two groups of students were assessed,and the self-efficacy of the two groups of students was evaluated by questionnaire.Results:The scores of OSCE and self-efficacy in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.001).Conclusions:The peer teaching model based on the 6-step approach can significantly improve students’OSCE scores and self-efficacy,which is worthy of further promotion and application in physical examination training teaching.
