摘要
在工程教育专业认证的背景下,高校须围绕以学生为中心、产出导向和持续改进(OBE,Outcome based education)的理念进行教学模式改革。本文基于海南大学食品科学工程专业在工程教育认证中的具体实施过程,针对2019—2020学年食品营养学在教学目标达成度评价与持续改进等方面进行详细阐述,以期为推进工程教育专业认证和提高人才培养质量。
Under the background of engineering education professional certification,colleges and universities must reform the teaching mode around the concept of student-centered,output oriented and continuous improvement(OBE).Based on the specific implementation process of food science and Engineering Specialty in engineering education certification of Hainan University,this paper expounds in detail the evaluation and continuous improvement of teaching objectives of food nutrition in 2019-2020 academic year,in order to promote the professional certification of engineering education and improve the quality of talent training.
