摘要
交流电气化铁路中电分相的存在一定程度上制约了高速重载铁路的发展。为此,许多地面带电自动过分相方案相继被提出。基于电子开关的地面自动过分相装置由于结构简单、成本相对较低,得到了较为广泛的应用。然而,对于重载铁路中的长分相,电子开关工作时间长,损耗较大,需要增加辅助散热装置,降低了系统可靠性。该文提出一种应用于重载铁路长分相的基于复合开关的地面自动过分相装置。该装置采用晶闸管阀组与高压接触器组合的结构,在实现列车带电过分相的同时,显著降低了开关的整体损耗。复合开关采用自然冷却的方式即可满足散热需求,无需额外的散热装置,增强了系统可靠性。该文对地面自动过分相装置及复合开关的工作原理和特性进行详细分析,并对开关的损耗进行定量计算与对比,最后通过神朔铁路南梁牵引变电所地面自动过分相装置的实验结果对复合开关的工作效果进行了验证。
The development of high-speed and heavy-haul railways is restricted to a certain extent due to the existence of neutral sections in AC electrified railways. For this reason, many ground auto-passing neutral section schemes have been put forward recently. With simple structure and low cost, the ground auto-passing neutral section devices based on electronic switches are widely applied.However, for the long neutral sections in the heavy-haul railway, long operation time of electronic switches will produce large losses, and an extra cooling device is needed, which reduces the system reliability. This paper proposes a ground auto-passing neutral section device based on the combination switch for the heavy-haul railway. The combination structure of thyristors and high-voltage contactors is adopted. It helps to make the train pass the neutral section with power supply while greatly reducing the overall loss of switches. The combination switch adopts natural cooling to meet the heat dissipation requirements, and no additional heat dissipation device is needed, which enhances the system reliability.The working principle and the characteristics of the proposed ground auto-passing neutral section device and the combination switch are analyzed in detail. The switch loss is quantitatively calculated and compared. The feasibility and the effectiveness of the combination switch are verified by the experimental results of the ground auto-passing neutral section device at the Nanliang traction substation of Shenshuo railway.
