摘要
对某型号汽油发动机活塞头部烧蚀问题进行了分析,采用鱼刺图分析工具分析了失效原因,应用活塞仿真分析软件进行了计算,发现活塞运行状况及受力异常。进而通过优化活塞型线及活塞销孔偏心设计,改善活塞运动状况及受力情况,最终解决了活塞头部烧蚀问题。此优化设计方法为活塞设计开发提供了参考。
Aiming at the problem of piston crown ablation of a certain type of engine,the tool of fishbone was used to analyze the failure cause.Simulation analysis software was used to calculate the piston moving and the abnormal stress,thus to optimize the piston profile and piston pin hole offset to improve piston motion and force.Finally,the problem of piston crown ablation was solved,giving a reference for piston development.
