Application Design of Data Bolt System in Automobile Engine Block Production Line

发动机缸体生产加工工艺复杂多样,线体设备工序复杂,为提高产能,各工序准备有2台甚至多台设备。生产过程追溯及防错至关重要,由此,数据螺栓在生产线上的应用应运而生。说明了数据螺栓系统组成以及在各工序中的应用,实现了准确的生产过程追溯及防错,杜绝了生产线产品出现大批量质量问题及重大设备发生故障。

The production and processing technology of engine cylinder block is complex and diverse,and the process of line equipment is complex.In order to improve the production capacity,there will be two or more equipments in each process.Therefore,the application of data bolt in the production line came into being.This paper mainly describes the composition of the data bolt system,how to apply it in each process,and finally the accurate production process traceability and error prevention are realized,putting an end to the production line product batch quality and major equipment failure.
