摘要
以3辆纯电动乘用车为研究对象,分别进行不同热车时间和胎压下的车辆行驶阻力、高低温和常温环境下的车辆行驶阻力试验。结果发现,热车时间和胎压对车辆的行驶阻力影响较大。与常规30 min热车时间相比,热车60 min后,车辆的行驶阻力平均减小2.4%;胎压增加20 kPa后,行驶阻力平均减小3.9%。-7℃下的车辆行驶阻力增幅与车速相关性比常温大,从130~20 km/h的各车速,车辆行驶阻力增加倍数为1.14~1.34,调和平均值为1.21。低温环境主要对车辆的滚动阻力和机械阻力影响较大,高温环境使车辆的行驶阻力总体减小不到5%,影响较小。
Taking 3 electric passenger cars as the research objects,the vehicle driving resistance under different run-in time and tire pressures,as well as the vehicle driving resistance under low temperature and normal temperature environmental conditions were compared.It's found out that the run-in time and tire pressure have big impact on the driving resistance,60 minutes run-in time can reduce the average driving resistance by 2.4%compared to normal 30 minutes run-in time,driving resistance decreased by 3.9%on average after tire pressure increased by 20kPa.The driving resistance increase at-7℃correlated to the vehicle speed more than that at room temperature.The multiple increase of each speed point from 130km/h to 20km/h is 1.14-1.34,and its harmonic average is 1.21.The low-temperature environmental conditions mainly have a greater impact on the rolling resistance and mechanical resistance of vehicles.The high-temperature environmental conditions have little impact on the driving resistance,which decreased less than 5%.
