基于时频融合特征提取的电驱传动系失效模式分析

摘要 电驱传动系是纯电动汽车(EV)的核心部件,随着纯电动汽车动力总成系统功率密度与电机转速的不断提高,电驱传动系的减速器长期在高转速、高转矩工况下工作,其齿轮系与轴系的可靠性已成为技术难题。基于时频融合特征提取、阶次分析方法和实践案例,分析了信号调制的基本机理,对高速齿轮系中常见的故障类型如齿轮的均匀磨损、齿轮偏心、齿轮点蚀、齿根裂纹、轮齿断裂、齿距误差以及轴承系常见的故障类型如内外圈及滚动体故障等造成的电驱传动系失效模式进行了分析,抽象出其时域和频域特征,为纯电动汽车高速传动系耐久性设计提供了依据,为纯电动汽车高速减速器智能诊断系统的开发奠定了基础。 E-Drive system is the core component of pure electric vehicle with high power density and speed,and the reliability of gear train and shafting becomes the technical focus and difficulty.Based on time-frequency fusion feature extraction and order analysis method,the basic mechanism of signal modulation was analyzed,the fault modes of gear system such as uniform gear wear,gear eccentricity,gear pitting,gear root crack,gear tooth fracture and gear pitch deviation,as well as the fault modes of bearing system such as inner and outer rings and rolling elements faults are analyzed,which provides a basis for the reliability design and intelligent diagnosis system of E-Drive with high power density and speed.
