聚光太阳电池新型高精度双轴视日云台研究

摘要 设计一种聚光太阳电池新型高精度双轴视日云台系统,对系统结构、光电传感器、跟踪算法和跟踪方案进行设计优化,最终实现对太阳位置的全天候高精度跟踪。传动系统采用传动比100∶1的高精度蜗轮蜗杆配合偏心轴套的设计,光电传感器用四象限硅光电池代替传统的光敏器件。太阳跟踪算法采用高精度ENEA算法,同时基于机器人运动学建立系统误差校正算法,消除了设备初装位置与位姿、加工与装配等系统误差。跟踪方案采用主动跟踪和被动跟踪结合的混合跟踪。最后,利用图像处理的方法对样机原型进行实验验证,系统跟踪精度可达0.188°。 A novel solar tracking system with high-precision for concentrating photovoltaic cells was proposed and investigated in this study.The system structure,photoelectric sensor,tracking algorithm and tracking scheme were optimized to achieve high-precision solar tracking under all-weather conditions.In the novel design,the transmission system adopted a high-precision worm gear with a transmission ratio of 100∶1 and an eccentric bushing.A four-quadrant silicon photocell was used to replace the conventional photosensor.The high-precision ENEA algorithm was employed to calculate the solar position.Moreover,an error correction algorithm was established based on the robot kinematics to eliminate the systematic errors caused by the initial position,pose of the tracking system,manufacturing and assembly inaccuracy.A hybrid tracking scheme combining both active and passive tracking strategies was used.A prototype tracking system was experimentally examined and the tracking accuracy can reach 0.188°.
