考虑居民舒适度的户用光伏集群优化定价模型

摘要 分布式电源在中国配电系统中的渗透率逐步增高,户用光伏集群随之壮大,大量产消者的产生和接入势必形成电能的直接自由交易。基于中国社会主义市场经济的国情,运营商的出现成为必然。现有模型中,存在居民对集群电价灵敏度过高从而用电调整率过大的问题。因此该文提出一种考虑居民舒适度的优化集群定价的模型,基于主从博弈论,兼顾用电效用、经济性和居民舒适度,并证明该博弈中存在唯一均衡点。通过算例验证了模型的有效性。 The penetration rate of distributed power in China’s power distribution system is increasing,and the photovoltaic user group is growing.The generation and access of large numbers of producers and consumers is bound to form direct and free trading of electrical energy.Based on the national conditions of our socialist market economy,the emergence of operators becomes inevitable.In the existing model,there is a problem that the user is too sensitive to the electricity price of the cluster and the power adjustment rate is too large.Therefore,this paper proposes a photovoltaic prosumer cluster optimization pricing model that considers power consumption satisfaction.Based on the master-slave game theory,it takes into account power utility,economy,and electricity satisfaction,and proves that there is a unique equilibrium point for this game problem.The superiority of the model is verified by a case study.
