带肋片多效管式蒸馏器结构优化数值模拟

摘要 管式蒸馏淡化是最具发展潜力的热法海水淡化方法之一。管外增加肋片可提高淡化器传热性能。该文采用数值模拟的方法,优化了管式淡化器管外肋片结构参数设计。通过正交试验,分别以淡化器表面总传热系数和淡化器总散热量为指标对肋片高度、肋片间距等影响因素进行显著性分析,得出各影响因素的变化规律并获得淡化器肋片最优结构参数,即肋片高度50 mm,间距12 mm。为带肋片多效管式海水淡化器的优化设计加工提供依据。 Tubular desalination is one of the most promising thermal desalination methods.The addition of ribs outside the tube can enhance the heat and mass transfer process.By means of numerical simulation,this paper optimizes the design of the structural parameters of the rib outside the tubular still.Through the orthogonal test,the influence factors such as the height of the rib and the spacing of the rib were analyzed with the total heat transfer coefficient and the heat dissipating capacity of the still as the indexes.The variation rule of each influence factor and the optimal structural parameters of the rib are obtained,namely the height of the rib is 50 mm and the spacing is 12 mm.It provides the basis for the optimized design of multi-effect pipe desalination with rib.
