摘要
研究由多个风电场通过弃风电量竞价上网,将弃风电量出售给由独立主体投资的蓄热式电锅炉系统和抽水蓄能电站的运营模式。采用多目标粒子群算法,对基于多风场竞价下的用户购电成本和弃风消纳量进行优化,并与现有条件下的蓄热式电锅炉系统的收益进行比较分析,发现基于多风场竞价运营模式下的经济效益显著提高,有利于中国风电和水电的充分利用与雾霾问题的缓解。
This paper mainly studies the operation mode of a regenerative electric boiler system and a pumped storage power station that are sold by several wind farms through the abandonment of wind power and sell the abandoned wind power to independent entities.In this paper,the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the user’s electricity purchase cost and abandoned wind consumption based on multi-wind field bidding,and compares the revenues of the regenerative electric boiler system under the existing conditions.It can be found that the economic benefits based on the multi-wind field bidding operation mode are significantly improved,which is conducive to the full utilization of wind power and hydropower and the alleviation of haze in China.
