摘要
采用甲酸法对南荻木质纤维素组分进行分离,系统研究不同条件对南荻组分分离的影响,并对其结构进行分析。结果表明,甲酸质量分数88%、反应时间3 h、水浴温度100℃和料液比1∶10为较适合的工艺参数。在该条件下纤维素、半纤维素和木质素回收率分别为91.7%、80.2%和85.3%,纤维素和木质素纯度分别为83.6%和86.8%。傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热重分析仪(TGA)分析表明,制备所得纤维素和木质素均发生了较大程度甲酰化修饰;纤维素基本结构保留完整,相对结晶度明显增大;木质素苯环结构保留完整,具有较高的热稳定性。
lignocellulose components from Triarrhena lutarioriparia fractionate by formic acid method,the key factors affecting fractionation efficiency are systematically investigated,and the structure of components are analyzed.The results show that the appropriate process parameters are:88%formic acid,reaction time of 3 h,temperature of 100℃and solid-liquid ratio 1∶10.Under these conditions,the recovery of cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin are 91.7%,80.2%,and 85.3%,respectively,and the purity of cellulose and lignin are 83.6%and 86.8%,respectively.FT-IR,XRD and TGA analyses show that both cellulose and lignin have a large degree of formylation by formic acid fractionation.The basic structure of cellulose remains intact and the relative crystallinity increases significantly.The benzene ring structure of lignin remains complete and with high thermal stability.
