蛋黄油促进低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yolk Oil Promoting Wound Healing after Surgery of Low Simple Anal Fistula

目的观察蛋黄油对低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的作用。方法将60例低位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。术后换药时,治疗组使用涂有蛋黄油的无菌纱布填充创面,对照组采用凡士林纱条填充创面。观察并比较2组创面疼痛评分、创面愈合时间、创面愈合面积及创面组织形态学变化。结果治疗组在减轻创面疼痛、促进创面愈合、缩短创面愈合时间,增加创面成纤维细胞数、新生毛细血管数、巨噬细胞比率方面显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛋黄油可显著减轻低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,促进创面愈合。

Objective To observe the effect of yolk oil on wound healing after surgery of low simple anal fistula.Methods According to the diagnostic standard of 60 cases of low simple anal fistula after surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and there were 30 cases in each.After dressing change,the treatment group used sterile gauze coated with yolk oil on to fill the wound,while the control group used vaseline gauze to fill the wound.Wound pain score,wound healing time,wound healing area and histomorphological changes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in alleviating the wound pain,promoting the wound healing,shortening the wound healing time,increasing the number of fibroblasts,the number of newborn capillaries and the ratio of macrophages,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yolk oil can significantly reduce the wound pain of low simple anal fistula operation,shorten the wound healing time,and promote wound healing.
