冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合延伸干预对过敏性鼻炎炎性因子水平影响及安全性分析

The Influence and Safety Analysis of Acupoint Application of Treating Winter Disease in Summer Combined with Extension Intervention on Levels of Inflammatory Factors in Children with Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合延伸干预对过敏性鼻炎患儿炎性因子水平的影响及安全性。方法选取2018年7月—2020年8月收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿92例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组接受三伏贴敷,观察组接受冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月,治疗期间均给予延伸干预。比较2组患儿治疗前后的临床症状积分、血清IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ水平及治疗期间的总不良反应率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患儿的临床症状积分与血清IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组;治疗期间,观察组患儿的总不良反应率6.52%,低于对照组的23.91%(均P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合延伸干预能够有效降低过敏性鼻炎患儿体内的炎症反应,临床疗效显著且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the influence of acupoint application of treating winter disease in summer combined with extension intervention on levels of inflammatory factors in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods 92 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received Sanfu plaster,and the observation group received acupoint application of treating winter disease in summer patch.At the same time,extended intervention was given during the treatment period.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months.The adverse reaction rate of two groups of patients during treatment was compared.The clinical symptom,the scores and serum IL-4,IL-5,IFN-γlevels of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the clinical symptom scores and serum IL-4,IL-5,IFN-γlevels of the two groups reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group.During the treatment,the adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group was 6.52%,which was lower than 23.91%in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application of treating winter disease in summer combined with extension intervention patch can effectively reduce the inflammatory response in children with allergic rhinitis,and has good clinical effrct and high safety.
