中医定向透药联合关节松动术治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Targeted Penetration Combined with Joint Mobilization in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的分析中医定向透药联合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月—2020年12月收治的80例肩周炎患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组患者采用温针灸联合主动功能训练,治疗组患者在此基础上给予关节松动术联合中医定向透药治疗。对2组患者的疼痛改善效果、肩关节活动度以及临床疗效进行统计学比较。结果治疗组患者治疗4周的VAS评分为(4.1±0.8)分,Melle评分为(4.5±0.9)分;治疗8周的VAS评分为(2.5±0.4)分,Melle评分为(2.7±0.7)分,均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,治疗组患者的临床总有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肩周炎患者采取中医定向透药联合关节松动术治疗方案可有效减轻患者局部疼痛症状,促使肩关节局部活动度迅速恢复,在治疗有效性方面有满意表现,适宜临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of targeted penetration combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods Eighty patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and treatment group(n=40).The control group were treated by acupuncture combined active function training,on the basis of the control group,the treatment group patients was given targeted penetration combined with joint mobilization.The improvement effect of pain,range of motion of shoulder and clinical efficacy of 2 groups were compared statistically.Results The VAS score and Melle score of the treatment group were(4.1±0.8)and(4.5±0.9)at 4 weeks after treatment.The VAS score after 8 weeks of treatment was(2.5±0.4)points,and Melle score was(2.7±0.7)points,both of which were significantly lower than the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with periarthritis of shoulder,the combination of targeted penetration of traditional Chinese medicine and joint mobilization can effectively reduce the local pain symptoms of patients,promote the rapid recovery of local motion of the shoulder joint,and show satisfactory performance in terms of treatment effectiveness,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
