百合固金汤联合抗结核西药对肺结核患者病灶吸收和空洞闭合情况的影响

Study on the Effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction Combined with Anti-tuberculosis Western Medicine on Focal Absorption and Cavity Closure of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

目的分析百合固金汤联合抗结核西药对肺结核患者病灶吸收和空洞闭合情况的影响。方法选取60例2018年1月—2020年1月就诊的肺结核患者,均知情同意,以随机数字表法分为联合组、对照组,各30例。对照组予以2HRZE/4HR化疗方案治疗,联合组在对照组基础上予以百合固金汤治疗,2组均治疗6个月。观察2组治疗6个月后病灶吸收及空洞闭合情况及治疗2个月、5个月、6个月后痰转阴率,比较2组治疗前、治疗6个月后血清免疫相关因子水平。结果治疗6个月后,联合组病灶吸收、空洞闭合总有效率及痰转阴率分别为93.33%、90.00%、86.67%,高于对照组(73.33%、66.67%、63.33%,P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,2组血清IFN-γ诱导蛋白-10、IL-6、IL-2水平低于治疗前,联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百合固金汤联合抗结核西药可有效降低肺结核患者血清免疫相关因子水平及痰转阴率,改善病灶吸收、空洞闭合情况。

Objective To analyze the effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis western medicine on the focal absorption and cavity closure of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group,and each group had 30 cases.The control group was treated with 2 HRZE/4 HR chemotherapy,and the combined group was treated with Baihe Gujin decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The focal absorption and cavity closure after 6 months of treatment,the sputum negative rate after 2,5 and 6 months of treatment were observed,and the levels of serum immune related factors before and after 6 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rates of focal absorption,cavity closure and sputum negative conversion in the combined group were 93.33%,90.00%and 86.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.33%,66.67%and 63.33%,P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum IFN-γinduced protein-10,IL-6 and IL-2 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baihe Gujin decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis western medicine can effectively reduce the level of serum immune-related factors and sputum negative rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and improve the focal absorption and cavity closure.
