癌性腹胀的诊疗新进展

New Progress in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancerous Abdominal Distension

恶性肿瘤已成为损害人类生活质量与生命健康的危重疾患,有高发病率、高复发率、高病死率,随着研究的不断深入,治疗水平的不断突破,带瘤生存等新的治疗理念深入人心,肿瘤患者的生存期明显延长,患者的生活质量成为治疗中密切关注的问题,近年来针对癌性腹胀予以高度关注,其成因的复杂性及常规治疗的不确定性给临床治疗带来了极大的挑战。已成为目前癌因性症候群亟待解决的问题。因此,此文将对癌性腹胀的病因与发病机制、诊疗的最新进展作一综述。

Malignant tumor has become harm to the health of the human life quality and life of serious diseases,with a high morbidity,high recurrence rate,high mortality,with the deepening of the research,the treatment of breakthrough unceasingly,survival with tumor and so on.The new treatment idea thorough popular feeling,the survival of tumor patients significantly extended,pay close attention to in the patient’s quality of life become treatment problem,highly attention in recent years for cancerous abdominal distension,the causes of the complexity and uncertainty of conventional treatment brought on clinical treatment greatly challenge.It has become an urgent problem to be solved in cancer syndrome.Therefore,the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of cancerous abdominal distension are reviewed in this paper.
