一体化LED汽车前照灯光学系统设计 被引量:3

Design of Integrated LED Automobile Headlamp Optical System

摘要 提出了一体化LED汽车前照灯光学系统设计方法,并设计出同时用于前照车灯远、近光配光的非对称双自由曲面透镜。采用变焦距椭球面反射器、非对称双自由曲面透镜对光源发出的光线进行配光,可使近光的照明宽度达到16 m。仿真结果表明,该前照灯的远光和近光各点所要求的照度值和光型均满足国标,并且光斑的色温稳定。所设计的光学系统体积为传统前照灯光学系统的一半,符合紧凑化车灯设计要求。 An integrated optical system design method for LED automobile headlamp is prsent,and an asymmetric dual freeform surface lens is designed for low and high beam.The illumination width of near light can reach 16 meters by using variable focal length ellipsoid reflector and asymmetric double free surface lens.The simulation results show that the illumination value and light type required by the high and low light points of the headlamp meet the national standard,and the color temperature of the spot is stable.The volume of the designed optical system is half of that of the traditional headlamp,which conforms to the requirements of the compact headlamp design.
