摘要
奥林匹克价值观教育项目是在国际奥委会面临巨大信任危机挑战的背景下诞生。该项目以一本教学手册、五项核心教育资源和五项核心价值观教育主题共同构成了其主要教育内容;在教育目的、活动、内容和过程上分别具有继承性、创新性、多样性和阶段性等特征;存在教育理念内容的本土化、教学方法的适用性、师资力量的能力培养和教学效果的有效评估等问题。研究认为奥林匹克价值观教育项目需要扩大奥林匹克日/周的作用,积极推广奥林匹克价值观;加强奥林匹克人才的培养,增强奥林匹克教育师资力量;增加文本资料的语种类别,扩大该项目受众对象覆盖面;重视该项目内容的本土化,提高各民族间文化的契合度。
The Olympic values education program was born in the context of the challenge of the great trust crisis faced by the International Olympic Committee.The program consists of a teaching manual,five core educational resources and five core values education themes.The educational goal,activities,content and process have the characteristics of inheritance,innovation,diversity and stage respectively.There are some problems in the localization of educational idea and contents,the suitability of teaching methods,the ability cultivation of teachers and the effective evaluation of teaching effects.It is believed that the Olympic values education program should expand the role of Olympic Day/Week and actively promote the Olympic values;strengthen the training of Olympic talents and enhance the Olympic education teachers;increase the language categories of text materials to expand the coverage of the program’s target audience;and emphasize the localization of the content of the program to improve the cultural compatibility among ethnic groups.
