排他性与非排他性:国内外职业体育俱乐部冠名探析

Exclusivity and Non-Exclusivity:An Analysis of the Naming of Professional Sports Clubs in China and Foreign Countries

采用文献资料法及逻辑分析法,以中外各国职业体育俱乐部冠名形式为研究对象,分析对比中外各职业体育俱乐部名称命名规律。结果表明:国外职业体育俱乐部大都是以地域化+非企业化命名为主,表现出很强的非排他性;我国则以地域化+企业化命名为主,显示出很强的排他性,以期为我国职业体育俱乐部名称改革提供参考。

Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes and compares the naming law of professional sports clubs in China and foreign countries.The results show that most professional sports clubs in foreign countries are mainly named by region+non-enterprises,showing strong non-exclusivity,while those in China are mainly named by region+enterprises,showing strong exclusivity.The paper aims to provide references for the reform of professional sports club naming in China.
