体教融合背景下我国青少年体育赛事体系发展研究

Research on the Development of China’s Youth Sports Event System Under the Background of Sports and Education Integration

竞赛是育人的核心载体,也是青少年体育工作的“龙头”。其杠杆作用对体育后备人才培养、学校体育工作质量以及青少年体育组织建设等方面产生了深刻影响,因此被认为是体教融合的重要组成部分。以我国青少年体育赛事的发展现状为基础,以《深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》的颁布为契机,深入探究我国青少年体育赛事的融合发展。研究发现:我国青少年体育赛事融合的动因主要包括促进青少年的全面发展、学校大众化体育竞赛较为落后以及竞技体育后备人才规模萎缩较为严重等。融合过程中主要存在目标定位笼统,教育系统融合动力不足;学训矛盾突出,教育体制和竞技体制不兼容;权力结构变革,融合主体利益面临重新洗牌等困境。结果:为构建融合型青少年赛事体系还需要加强顶层设计,激活体教赛事融合发展的动力生成机制;以人为本,构建学训协同制度;定权定责,明确融合主体边界。

Competition is the core carrier of education,playing the leading role of youth sports work.It has a profound impact on sports reserve talent training,school sports work quality and youth sports organization con-struction and other aspects for its leverage,so it has become an important part of the integration of sports and ed-ucation.Based on the current situation of the development of youth sports events in China,and taking the issuing of Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Youth as an opportunity,this paper deeply explores the integrated development of youth sports events in China.It is found that the motivations for the integration of youth sports events in China mainly include promoting the all-round de-velopment of youth,the backwardness of popular sports competitions in schools,and the serious shrinking of re-serve talents in competitive sports.The contradiction between learning and training is prominent,and the educa-tional system is not compatible with the competitive system.The power structure changes,and the interests of the integration subjects reshuffle.In order to construct the integrated youth event system,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design and activate the motivation generation mechanism of the integrated development of sports ed-ucation competition,construct learning and training coordination system with people-oriented principle,and de-fine powers and responsibilities and make clear the boundaries of integration subjects.
