脑小血管病患者高同型半胱氨酸和颈部血管斑块的相关性研究

The correlation between hyper-homocysteine and cervical vascular plaque in patients with cerebral small vessel disease

目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)与脑小血管病颈部血管动脉斑块的关系。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月在新乡市封丘县人民医院神经内科门诊筛查的432例脑小血管病颈部血管斑块的患者作为研究对象,根据Hcy水平不同,将Hcy正常的患者作为对照组,高Hcy的患者作为观察组,分析高Hcy与脑小血管病颈部血管动脉斑块的关系。结果基线资料比较显示:观察组颈部血管斑块发生率较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组吸烟者明显多于对照组(P<0.05),高血脂患者明显多于对照组(P<0.05);多因素分析显示吸烟、高血脂与颈部血管斑块密切相关(P<0.05)。结论高Hcy脑小血管病人群中吸烟者或者高血脂者更容易出现颈部血管斑块。

Objective To investigate the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy)and cervical artery plaque in cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Methods 432 CSVD patients with cervical vascular plaques screened by the Department of Neurology of the People's hospital of Fengqiu County from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled.According to the different levels of Hcy,patients with normal Hcy served as the control group.The patients with high Hcy served as the observation group.The relationship between high Hcy and cervical vascular arterial plaques were analyzed.Results The comparison of baseline data showed that the incidence of cervical vascular plaque in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).Smokers in the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group(P<0.05),and patients with hyperlipidemia were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that smoking and hyperlipidemia were closely related to cervical vascular plaque(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking and hyperlipidemia in CSVD patients with high Hcy may be closely related to cervical vascular plaque.
