摘要
为了分析不同因素对泡沫混凝土用泡沫性能的影响,采用正交试验和控制变量法进行试验,结果表明稀释倍率是发泡倍率最主要影响因素,发泡剂种类对半衰期影响最为显著。当发泡用水温度为25℃时,泡沫可获得最佳的工作性能,工程中可通过控制各因素水平和水温使泡沫获得最佳性能。
The orthogonal design and control variable method were used to analyze the influence of different factors on the foam performance of foam concrete.The results show that the dilution ratio is the most important influencing factor of foaming rate.The type of foaming agent has the most significant effect on half-life.When the foaming water temperature is 25℃,the foam can get the best performance.The best performance can be obtained though controlling the factor level and water temperature in engineering.
