加强高校行政人员服务意识的对策研究

Measurements for Enhancing the Service Awareness of University Administrative Staff

近年来,我国高校规模正不断扩张,高校正面临着管理层次增加、管理难度加大的问题,高等教育管理工作也面临着严峻的挑战,行政管理水平作为影响高校综合竞争力的重要因素之一,其作用也越来越突出。阐述了加强高校行政人员服务意识的必要性,并对阻碍高校行政人员服务意识提升的现实困境进行分析,提出提升高校行政人员服务意识的对策建议,以期对促进提升高校行政管理服务水平提供思路。

In recent years,the scale of Chinese universities has been continuously expanding.Resultantly,universities are faced with the problems of increasing management level and management difficulty.Similarly,higher education management is also confronted with a daunting challenge.As one of the important factors affecting a university′s comprehensive competitiveness,however,the level of administrative management plays an increasingly prominent role.Therefore,in this article we start with an elaboration of the necessity of enhancing the service awareness of university administrative staff,followed by an analysis of practical difficulties that hinder the promotion of service awareness of university administrative staff.At the end of the article,we propose some suggestions and measurements for enhancing service awareness of university administrative staff with an intended purpose to provide thoughts for improving the administrative management level in universities.
