摘要
新时代教育评价改革对高校人才招聘提出了新的要求,具有重要的指导性意义。新时代教育评价改革严格禁止招聘的歧视性条件,保障了招聘公平性,提升了人才引进的质量,促进了人岗相适,有利于建设更高水平的师资队伍,服务于学校学科整体发展。各高校应准确识变、科学应变、主动求变,建立全面公平的人才引进评价机制,与政府教育部门、人社部门协同发力,以高水平的人才队伍,服务国家教育事业和经济社会发展。
Educational evaluation reform in the new era has made new requirements for recruiting talents in universities,having its guiding significance.The reform itself strictly prohibits the discriminatory conditions of recruitment,ensures the fairness in recruitment,improves the quality of talents recruitment,and contributes the mutual adaptation of talents and positions,thus promoting high-quality teaching staff development and overall discipline development in universities.In this article I argue that universities should accurately notice changes,scientifically respond to these changes and take initiative to change.Moreover,universities should also establish a comprehensive and fair talents recruitment and evaluation mechanism,while cooperating with government educational departments,human resources and social security departments,to serve the national education as well as the economic and social development with a high-quality talent team.
