摘要 为了满足中国高速铁路大规模、高标准、高效的建设要求,中国开创性的广泛采用32 m和24 m跨度预应力混凝土简支箱梁及架桥机架梁。当出现高等级电力线路和高速铁路线路交叉,或者高速铁路线路下穿既有构筑.物时,经常会出现交叉净空无法满足常规架桥机作业要求的情况。本文将介绍一种新型的门架驮梁纵移落梁法架设高速铁路预应力混凝土简支箱梁的方案,并对这种新型工法进行技术经济方案研究。为解决交叉净空不足情况下的预应力混凝土简支箱梁架设问题拓展了解决思路。 In order to achieve the large-scale,high-standard,and efficient construction requirements of Chinas high-speed railway,China has widely adopted 32 m and 24 m span prestressed concrete simply supported box beams to achieve the requirements.However,when constructing high-speed railways in developed regions,high-level power lines and high-speed railway lines often intersect,or high-speed railway lines pass under existing structures.At this time,it often appears that the headroom cannot meet the requirements of the launching gantry.This article will introduce a new type of gantry piggy-back longitudinal beam dropping method for erection of prestressed concrete simply supported box beams,and compare the new construction method and the cast-in-situ method.It provides a solution for the erection of prestressed concrete simply supported box beams under the condition of insufficient headroom.
