煤矿轴流对旋通风机静叶调节系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前矿井用地面抽出式对旋轴流通风机在调节风量和性能检测中调节叶片角度时,需要将通风机一级和二级打开,随后对叶片逐个手动调节,再将风机的前后级合起来并固定,费时费力。设计了一套能够自动调节叶片角度的系统,由PLC控制机械定位和状态,单片机控制柜不断读取角度编码器测量计算出的风叶当前位置角度,经过逻辑运算后由伺服电机调整齿轮盘旋转方向和角度,进而控制叶片角度。该调节系统能够解放人力,提高工作效率,使通风机角度调节工作更加便捷高效。 For the current mine ground extraction counter rotating axial fan, when the blade angle needs to be adjusted during adjusting the air volume and performance testing, the first and second stages of the fan need to be opened. Then the blades are manually adjusted one by one, and then the front and rear stages of the fan are combined and fixed, which is time-consuming and laborious. Designed a set of system that can automatically adjust the blade angle. The mechanical positioning and state are controlled by PLC. The single-chip microcomputer control cabinet constantly reads the current position angle of the blade measured and calculated by the angle encoder. After logical operation, the servo motor adjusts the rotation direction and angle of the gear plate, and then controls the blade angle. The adjustment system can liberate manpower, improve work efficiency, and make the fan angle adjustment work more convenient and efficient.
