摘要
对27SiMn调质缸筒进行堆焊处理,通过在堆焊缸筒和未堆焊缸筒上截取试样来进行力学性能试验,对比两者试验结果,分析出堆焊对调质缸筒力学性能的影响,结果表明:堆焊处理后,热影响区的强度和韧性明显降低,虽然抗拉强度不低于600 MPa,但冲击功低于27 J(-20℃、)。
The surfacing welding of 27 SiMn quenching and tempered cylinder was carried out. The mechanical performance was carried out by taking samples from the surfacing and unsurfacing cylinder.The influence of surfacing welding on the mechanical performance of the quenching and tempering cylinder was analyzed by comparing the test results of the two. The results show that the strength and toughness of the heat affected zone are obviously reduced after surfacing welding. Although the tensile strength is not less than 600 MPa, the impact energy is less than 27 J(-20 ℃).
