横向自移式单元液压支架的研制

Development of Transverse Self Moving Unit Hydraulic Support

针对目前采煤工作面沿空留巷支护及巷道超前支护,研发了一种具有横向自移功能的单元液压支架,可布置在巷道两侧或者一侧,在向前移架时,可以自移到巷道中间,然后依靠单轨吊或者绞车实现液压支架的长距离前移。

Aiming at the current gob retaining roadway support and roadway advance support in coal mining face, a unit hydraulic support with transverse self moving function was developed, which can be arranged on both sides or one side of the roadway. When moving the support forward, it can move to the middle of the roadway, and then realize the long-distance forward movement of the hydraulic support by monorail crane or winch.
