摘要 以羊场湾煤矿150201综放工作面为工程背景,根据液压支架降柱移架落尘特点及运移规律,结合液压支架顶梁结构及行人空间尺寸,设计了一种利用高压喷雾引射形成负压而产生引射风量的架间喷雾双向引射抽尘净化装置,实现了液压支架内人行空间抽尘净化。实验室测试及现场应用表明,该装置引射风量可达到25.4 m3/min,抽尘口入口风速可达3~5 m/s,能有效将支架落尘中的细微粉尘抽吸净化,降尘效率达85.8%以上,操作人员作业环境得到明显改善,效果显著。 Taking 150201 fully mechanized caving face of Yangchangwan coal mine as the engineering background, according to the characteristics of falling dust and the movement law of the hydraulic support falling column and moving support, combined the structure of the top beam of the hydraulic support and the size of the pedestrian space, designed an inter-rack spray two-way ejection dust extraction device that uses high-pressure spray ejection to form negative pressure to generate ejection air volume, which realizes the dust extraction and purification of the pedestrian space in the hydraulic support. Laboratory tests and field applications show that this device can reach 25.4 m3/min of ejection air volume. The wind speed at the inlet of the dust extraction port can reach 3-5 m/s. It can effectively extract and purify the fine dust from the support and the dust reduction efficiency is over 85.8%. The operating environment of the operator is significantly improved and the effect is significant.
