摘要 介绍了一种谐波诊断系统(HDS)电气设备带电状态诊断技术,利用电流谐波对煤矿大型设备进行状态检测与智能诊断。通过在寺河煤矿应用该技术,实现了大型设备在线不停机故障诊断,为该矿实现设备健康状况全生命周期性管理、建立故障预警机制、科学制定设备检修及投资计划提供了重要参考。 Introduced a kind of harmonic diagnosis system(HDS) electrical equipment live state diagnosis technology, which uses current harmonic to carry out state detection and intelligent diagnosis for large coal mine equipment. Through the application of this technology in Sihe coal mine, the on-line fault diagnosis of large equipment was realized, which provides an important reference for the realization of the whole-life cycle management of equipment health status, the establishment of fault warning mechanism, the scientific formulation of equipment maintenance and investment plan.
