摘要
介绍了一种煤矿斜井提升运输自动摘挂钩与推车系统。应用工业机器人来替代人工操作,实现自动摘挂钩作业,不但能达到减员增效的目标、降低操作工误操作带来的运输事故概率,还能有效防止跑车事故,保障井下作业人员的人身安全,降低矿井生产风险,提升煤矿斜井运输智能化、信息化水平。
Introduced a kind of automatic picking/hanging hook and pushing tramcar system for inclined shaft hoisting and transportation in coal mine. The application of industrial robots to replace manual operation and realize the automatic picking/hanging hook operation can not only achieve the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency, reduce the probability of transportation accidents caused by operator misoperation, but also effectively prevent derailing accident, ensure the personal safety of underground operators and reduce the mine production security to improve the intelligent and information level of inclined shaft transportation in coal mine.
