摘要 针对绿水洞煤矿3212工作面端头支护技术难题,采用增加辅助支撑千斤顶、创新设计的柱筒式升降座、二级挡矸系统、增加中、后架顶梁拉架结构、机巷行人防护通道等技术措施,最终研制出了适应70°急倾斜综采的端头液压支架,解决了70°急倾斜综采端头支架的技术难题。 In view of the technical difficult problems of 3212 working face end support in Lvshuidong coal mine, technical measures such as adding auxiliary support jacks, innovating design of column type lifting seat, secondary gangue retaining system, adding top beam pulling support structure of middle and rear support, pedestrian protection channel of engine lane, etc. were adopted. Finally, the end hydraulic support for the 70° steeply inclined fully mechanized mining has been developed, and the technical difficult problem of the end support for the 70° steeply inclined fully mechanized mining has been solved.
