摘要
为了分析悬臂式掘进机回转台开裂故障原因,对故障件的断口形貌、化学成分、力学性能及金相组织进行检查。通过ANSYS对回转台强度进行校核。结果表明,回转台强度满足使用要求,铸造和热处理过程控制不当是开裂的根本原因。
In order to analyze crack fault of boom roadheader turning platform, checked fractures surfaces,c hemical composition, mechanical properties and metallograpic structure of fault part. Verified the strength of turning platform by ANSYS. The results show that the strength of turning platform is enough for use requirement and the error of casting and heat treatment process control is the root cause of the crack.
