摘要
针对综采工作面远距离供液系统存在沿程阻力损失多、供液管路压力波动幅度大及供液系统响应时间长等问题,利用AMESim软件对主要影响供液系统稳定性的乳化液浓度、流量及用液量进行了仿真模拟分析。结果表明,提高泵站流量和乳化液浓度、控制工作面液压支架同时动作架数能够有效减小远距离供液系统的压力波动幅度和响应时间,提高供液系统的稳定性,为综采工作面远距离供液系统的管理维护提供了技术指导。
Aiming at the problems of long distance liquid supply system in fully mechanized mining face, such as more resistance loss along the way, large fluctuation range of liquid supply pipeline pressure and long response time of liquid supply system, AMESim software was used to simulate and analyze the emulsion concentration, flow rate and liquid consumption which mainly affect the stability of liquid supply system. The results show that it can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation amplitude and response time of the long-distance liquid supply system by increasing the flow rate and emulsion concentration of pump station and controlling the number of hydraulic supports acting at the same time,improve the stability of the liquid supply system, and provide technical guidance for the management and maintenance of the long distance liquid supply system in the fully mechanized mining face.
