摘要
非接触超声检测作为一种重要的无损检测方法,在材料缺陷检测领域得到了广泛的应用。为解决自动扫描成像中采样点个数较多导致数据量大、处理难度高等问题,对非接触超声检测系统实时成像系统的设计方法进行了研究。采用Python语言编写了上位机控制功能,实现了电机扫描控制、实时成像数据采集与处理。实验结果表明,该软件能够实现非接触超声检测,获得可视化的缺陷检测与成像,软件的实时性、可靠性满足预期要求。
As an important nondestructive testing method,non-contact ultrasonic testing has been widely used in the field of material defect detection.In order to solve the problems of large amount of data and high processing difficulty caused by the large number of sampling points in automatic scanning imaging,the design method of real-time imaging system of non-contact ultrasonic testing system is studied.The control function of the upper computer is written in Python language to realize the motor scanning control,real-time imaging data acquisition and processing.The experimental results show that the software can realize the non-contact ultrasonic testing system,obtain the visual defect detection and imaging,and the real-time performance and reliability of the software meet the expected requirements.
