新冠肺炎患者合并其他呼吸道病原体感染状况分析

摘要 目的分析十堰地区新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)核酸检测阳性患者合并其他呼吸道病原体感染情况。方法采用横断面研究,对2020年1-2月该院就诊的新冠肺炎疑似病例取鼻咽拭子、痰等标本经新型冠状病毒2019-nCOV核酸检测试剂盒检测,至少一次病毒核酸结果为阳性者为入选病例,采用9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测试剂检测其血清中呼吸道病原体的检出情况。结果共检测118份2019-nCoV核酸检测阳性血清样本,其中55份样本检出9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体,阳性检出率为46.6%;检出率前三的病原体依次为:肺炎支原体(MP)、乙型流感病毒、甲型流感病毒,与同时期该院检测的所有9种呼吸道病原体感染情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);≥60岁合并MP感染率最高,达44.4%;40~60岁合并INFB的感染率最高,达28.1%。结论2019-nCoV病毒感染者也会合并其他呼吸道病原体感染,在临床诊疗中要加以鉴别。 Objective To analyze the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid positive patients combined with other respiratory pathogen infections in Shiyan area.Methods The nasopharyngeal swabs,sputum and other specimens of suspected cases of new coronary pneumonia treated in our hospital from January to February 2020 were tested by the 2019-nCOV nucleic acid detection kit.In selected cases,the detection of respiratory pathogens in their serum was detected by using 9 kinds of respiratory pathogen IgM antibody detection reagents.Results A total of 1182019-nCoV nucleic acid positive serum samples were detected,of which 55 samples detected IgM antibodies against 9 respiratory pathogens,with a positive detection rate of 46.6%;the top three pathogens detected in order were:Mycoplasma pneumoniae,INFB and INFA which showed no significant difference from all 9 respiratory pathogens detected in our hospital at the same time(P>0.05);the highest MP infection rate was 44.4%at≥60 years old.The infection rate of INFB was the highest among 40 to 60 years old(28.1%).Conclusion 2019-nCoV infection patients can also be infected with other respiratory pathogens,which should be identified in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
