佛山地区男性精子质量调查及与年龄的关系

Investigation on the quality of male sperm and its relationship with age in foshan area

目的探讨佛山地区男性精子质量及其与年龄的关系。方法选取在2017年7月至2019年11月在该院男科实验室,完善精液常规分析的19807例,依据年龄将其分成若干组,分析不同年龄段男性精子参数的水平,包括总精子数、前向运动(PR)精子率、精子存活率、精子正常形态率4个参数。同期完善精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)检查2535例男性,统计不同年龄段男性DFI的水平。结果年龄≤20岁时,上述4个参数水平均较低;20~25岁时,PR精子率、精子存活率、精子正常形态率均达到最高值;超过20岁以后,随着年龄增长,上述4个参数均呈不可逆地下降。当≤25岁时,DFI最低,随年龄增长DFI呈进行性升高。结论佛山地区男性年龄位于20~25岁之间时,其精子质量最好,且随着年龄增长,精子质量呈不可逆下降的趋势。

Objective To investigate the relationship between male sperm quality and age in foshan area.Methods Selected 19,807 cases of who improved the routine analysis of semen in the andrology laboratory of the hospital from July 2017 to November 2019 were divided into several groups according to their age,and the levels of male sperm parameters at different ages were analyzed,including total sperm count,forward motility(PR)sperm rate,sperm survival rate and sperm normal morphology rate.Meanwhile,the sperm DNA fragment index(DFI)was improved to check 2,535 males,and the DFI levels of males of different ages were calculated.Results When the age≤20 years old,the above four parameters were all lower.At the age of 20-25,the rate of PR sperm,sperm survival rate and sperm normal morphology rate all reached the highest value.After the age of 20,the above four parameters show an irreversible decline with the growth of age.When≤25 years old,DFI is the lowest and increases progressively with age.Conclusion The sperm quality of men in Foshan is the best when they are between 20 and 25 years old,and the sperm quality decreases irreversibly with age.
