湖南省女性血清AMH参考区间的建立

Establishment of AMH reference interval of female serum in Hunan province

目的建立适用于湖南省女性血清抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)的参考区间。方法以美国国家生化研究院(NACB)为标准,参考美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)C28-A3文件的要求,收集整理1430例湖南省健康非孕龄女性AMH检测数据,使用广州康润生物科技公司酶联吸附检测试剂盒检测血清AMH含量,建立不同年龄阶段AMH的参考区间。结果按照7岁一阶段划分,所划分的年龄阶段属于偏态分布,按照P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)计算95%的参考区间。12~<19岁,参考区间为1.386~10.710 ng/mL;19~<26岁,参考区间为1.290~10.130 ng/mL;26~<33岁,参考区间为0.976~8.274 ng/mL;33~<40岁,参考区间为0.240~5.700 ng/mL;40~<46岁,参考区间为0.078~3.158 ng/mL;≥46岁,参考区间为0.006~1.460 ng/mL。结论不同种族、地域人群中血清AMH有一定差异,参照CLSI C28-A3文件所建立的湖南省女性血清AMH参考区间适用于湖南女性。

Objective To establish a reference interval for serum anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)of female in Hunan province.Methods The National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry(NACB)as the standard,refer to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)C28-A3 document request,collected 1430 cases of Hunan health of gestational age women AMH testing data,using enzyme-linked GuangZhou Kang Run biotechnology company adsorption test kit to detect the contents of serum AMH,establish different ages of AMH reference range.Results The age distribution was skewed according to the stage of 7 years group,and the 95%reference interval was calculated according to P_(2.5)-P_(97.5).The reference interval of 12-<19 years group,was 1.386-10.710 ng/mL.The reference interval of 19-<26 years group,was 1.290-10.130 ng/mL.The reference interval of 26-<33 years group,was 0.976-8.274 ng/mL.The reference interval of 33-<40 years group,was 0.240-5.700 ng/mL.The reference interval of 40-<46 years group,was 0.078-3.158 ng/mL.≥46 years group,with a reference interval of 0.006-1.460 ng/mL.Conclusion There are some differences in AMH among different ethnic groups and regions,and the reference range of serum AMH in Hunan province established by CLSI C28-A3 is applicable to Hunan women.
