病毒核酸检测与血清检测技术在传染病筛检中的应用研究

摘要 目的本研究主要探究病毒核酸检测及血清检测技术在传染病筛检中的应用,并探讨临床价值。方法选取2020-2020年于该院健康体检的青年人2200例作为研究对象,采用核酸检测技术进行病毒核酸检测、酶联免疫法进行血清病毒检测,以血培养结果为金标准。对比病毒核酸检测、病毒血清学检测及两种方式联合检测的阳性检出率及符合率。采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果病毒核酸检测结果中乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、艾滋病各1例,病毒血清学检测结果中乙型肝炎2例、艾滋病1例,两种检测方法联合应用后检测出乙型肝炎3例、丙型肝炎2例、艾滋病1例。单一检测与联合检测相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合检测阳性率高于单一检测;与血培养相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病毒血清学检测与核酸检测在传染病筛检中都具有一定筛查价值,但是两种检测技术联合应用具有更高的检出率,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application of viral nucleic acid detection and serum detection technology in screening of infectious diseases,and to explore the clinical value.Methods A total of 2,200 healthy young people who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The nucleic acid detection technology was used for viral nucleic acid detection and ELISA was used for serum virus detection.The results of blood culture were taken as the gold standard.The positive detection rate and coincidence rate of viral nucleic acid detection,viral serological detection and the combination of the two methods were compared.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results One case of hepatitis B,hepatitis C and AIDS were detected by viral nucleic acid test,two cases of hepatitis B and one case of AIDS were detected by viral serological test,and three cases of hepatitis B,two cases of hepatitis C and one case of AIDS were detected by the combination of the two detection methods.The difference between the single test and the combined test was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the positive rate of the combined test was higher than the single test.Compared with blood culture,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both serological test and nucleic acid test have certain screening value in the screening of infectious diseases,but the combined application of the two tests has a higher detection rate and is worthy of clinical promotion.
