品管圈活动在降低临床用血评价公示指标率中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in reducing the rate of public indicators of clinical blood use evaluation

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低临床用血评价公示指标率中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月1日至12月31日在本科进行输血治疗的输血申请单7166份,抽查120份临床输血病历作为对照组;选取2020年1月1日至5月31日,在本科进行输血治疗的输血申请单6220份,抽查120份临床输血病历作为试验组。试验组基于对照组实施品管圈管理后,统计两组评价公示指标率的差异。结果实施品管圈管理后,输血申请单上总体不合格的评价公示指标率由22.05%降至1.54%;输血病历抽查中,总体不合格评价公示指标率由28.30%降至5.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过品管圈管理,使输血申请单与输血病历中的总体评价公示指标率均降至10.00%以下,顺利完成目标任务。结论应用品管圈管理能有效降低临床用血评价公示的指标率,保障临床输血安全。同时提高了圈员的团队合作精神,提升了临床对输血科工作及服务的满意度,规范了操作流程,达到了持续改进工作的目的。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in reducing the public index rate of clinical blood use evaluation.Methods Seven thousand one hundred and sixtysix blood transfusion application forms for blood transfusion treatment in our department from July 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected,and 120 clinical blood transfusion medical records were selected as the control group;6220 blood transfusion application forms for blood transfusion treatment in department of laboratory,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2020 to May 31,2020 were selected,and 120 clinical blood transfusion medical records were selected as the experimental group.The experimental group was based on the implementation of quality control circle management in the control group,and the difference of evaluation publicity index rate between the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle management,the overall unqualified evaluation publicity index rate on the blood transfusion application form decreased from 22.05%to 1.54%;in the blood transfusion medical record spot check,the overall unqualified evaluation publicity index rate decreased from 28.3%to 5.00%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the quality control circle management,the overall evaluation and publicity index rate of blood transfusion application form and blood transfusion medical record were reduced to less than 10%,and the target task was successfully completed.Conclusion The application of quality control circle management can effectively reduce the index rate of clinical blood use evaluation publicity and ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.At the same time,it improves the team spirit of the circle members,improves the clinical satisfaction with the work and service of the blood transfusion department,standardizes the operation process,and achieves the purpose of continuous improvement.
