广东省成人血清25-羟基维生素D水平调查分析

摘要 目的了解广东省成人血清25-羟基维生素[25(OH)D]的水平状态,为成人合理补充维生素D(VD)提供科学依据。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月送检本检验中心常规体检的成人31309例,其中男10984例,女20325例,通过采集静脉血进行血清25(OH)D检测。结果(1)31309例成人血清25(OH)D水平均值为(23.01±9.01)ng/mL,男性明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),分别为(25.03±9.65)和(21.92±8.45)ng/mL。25(OH)D缺乏及不足率高达81.04%,充足率为18.93%,过量为0.03%。(2)青年组、中青年组、中年组、中老年组和老年组血清25(OH)D水平均值分别为(21.64±8.62)ng/mL、(22.26±8.14)ng/mL、(22.51±8.50)ng/mL、(24.29±9.14)ng/mL和(25.14±10.53)ng/mL,青年组<中青年组<中年组<中老年组<老年组,各组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),25(OH)D平均水平随着年龄增大而升高。(3)25(OH)D水平比较,夏季高于其他三季,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),其他三季组间比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同季节间25(OH)D不足及缺乏率比较,冬季(82.84%)>秋季(81.63%)>春季(81.54%)>夏季(79.00%),冬季不足及缺乏率最高。结论广东省成人VD平均水平总体呈现不足,VD水平随着年龄增长而升高,青年组水平最低,男性VD平均水平明显女性高。VD总体不足及缺乏率较高。夏季不足及缺乏率低于其他三季。 Objective To investigate the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin[25(OH)D]in adult serum in Guangdong Province,and provide scientific basis for reasonable supplementation of vitamin D(VD)in adults.Methods A total of 31309 adults(10984 males and 20325 females)who submitted for routine physical examination in our testing center from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected to detect serum 25(OH)D by collecting venous blood.Results(1)The average serum 25(OH)D level of 31309 adults was(23.01±9.01)ng/mL,which was significantly higher in men than in women,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),which were(25.03±9.65)and(21.92±8.45)ng/mL,respectively.The 25(OH)D deficiency rate is as high as 81.04%,the adequacy rate is 18.93%,and the excess is 0.03%;(2)The mean serum 25(OH)D levels of the youth group,the young and middle-aged group,the middle-aged group,the middle and old aged group and the older group were(21.64±8.62)ng/mL,(22.26±8.14)ng/mL,(22.51±8.50)ng/mL,(24.29±9.14)ng/mL and(25.14±10.53)ng/mL,the youth group<the young and middle-aged group<the middle-aged grouP<the middle and old aged group<the older group,the differences among all groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the average level of 25(OH)D increased with age;(3)The level of 25(OH)D in summer was significantly higher than that in the other three seasons(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in the other three seasons(P<0.05).Comparing the 25(OH)D deficiency rates among different seasons,winter(82.84%)>autumn(81.63%)>spring(81.54%)>summer(79.00%),with the highest rate of deficiency in winter.Conclusion The average level of adult VD in Guangdong Province is generally insufficient.The level of VD increases with age,with the lowest level in the youth group,and the average level of VD in men is significantly higher in women.VD is generally insufficient and the rate of deficiency is relatively high.The shortage rate in summer is lower than the other three seasons.
