细胞形态室对新型冠状病毒感染安全防护的策略及建议

Safety protection strategy and proposal of 2019 novel coronavirus in cell morphology laboratory

通过认真梳理各级卫生部门颁布的新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案、防治措施、法律法规、技术规范及专家共识等内容,本科室在日常生物安全管理的基础上,结合此次应急实践经验,制定的生物安全防护策略贯穿检验前(采集和运送)、检验中(检验前处理和检验)和检验后(废弃物和意外处理)。自病毒流行以来,尽管防控形势严峻,但至今未发生1例检验人员感染情况,故本文采取的策略及建议可供其他细胞学检验人员和科室借鉴参考。

By studying the contents of the diagnosis and treatment plan,prevention and treatment measures,laws and regulations,technical norms and expert consensus of 2019-nCoV issued by the health departments at all levels,and based on the daily management of biological safety,and combined with the experience of this emergency,the biological safety protection strategy is worked out before the examination(collection and transportation),during the examination(pre-examination and examination)and after the examination(waste and accident treatment).Since the epidemic of the virus,although the situation of prevention and control is grim,there has not been a single case of infection among laboratory staff.Therefore,the strategies and suggestions we have adopted can be used for reference by other laboratory staff and departments.
