微型皮肤组织的制备与临床应用新进展

New progress in preparation and clinical application of microne skin tissue

我国原创的微型皮肤组织移植技术应用于修复自体皮源严重匮乏的特大面积深度烧伤创面获得了显著的效果。近年来,国内外研究者基于微型皮肤组织移植理论,不断改良、创新微型皮肤组织移植技术,扩大了其应用领域。本文主要介绍了近年微型皮肤组织的创新制备方法和设备,目前微型皮肤组织在临床其他领域的创新应用的相关研究进展。随着制备方法与流程的规范化、简便化,微型皮肤组织移植技术将被应用于越来越多的临床场景,展示了良好的临床效果和应用前景。

The original micro-skin grafting technology in China has been applied to repair the extremely large and deep burn wounds with severe lack of autologous skin sources and achieved remarkable results.In recent years,researchers at home and abroad have continuously improved and innovated the technology of microne skin transplantation based on the theory of microne skin transplantation,and expanded its application field.This paper mainly introduces the innovative preparation methods and equipment of microne skin tissue in recent years,and the related research progress of the innovative application of microne skin tissue in other clinical fields.With the standardization and simplification of preparation methods and processes,microne skin tissue transplantation will be applied to more and more clinical scenes,showing a good clinical effect and application prospects.
