血管内皮生长因子介导的血管新生促进创面愈合的研究进展

Research progress of vascular endothelial growth factor mediated neovascularization promoting wound healing

血管新生是创面再生修复过程中重要的环节。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)作为最强的促血管生成因子,调控血管生成的多个环节,在血管新生促进创面愈合的研究中有重要意义。多种信号通路及细胞成分、内外源性细胞因子、中医药和功能性敷料等可通过促进VEGF的表达,进而增加新血管生成来促进创面愈合。本文就VEGF介导的血管新生在创面愈合中的调控机制及研究现状进行综述,为促进创面愈合的研究提供新的思路。

Neovascularization is an important part of wound repair and regeneration.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),as the strongest pro-angiogenic factor,regulates many aspects of neovascularization and plays an important role in the study of neovascularization promoting wound healing.Various signaling pathways and cell components,endogenous and exogenous cytokines,traditional Chinese medicine and functional dressings all promote the expression of VEGF,and then increase new angiogenesis to promote wound healing.In this paper,the regulatory mechanism and research status of VEGF-mediated neovascularization in wound healing are reviewed to provide new ideas for promoting wound healing.
