大数据时代背景下CBA人力资源管理体系功能构建的实现路径研究 被引量:10

摘要 本文利用文献资料法、结构分析法和案例分析法等,结合结构功能理论中AGIL模型对CBA人力资源管理体系进行了功能性审视。研究发现:CBA人力资源管理系统包括竞技人员、经营人员和管理人员管理系统,其中竞技人员系统存在适应周期长、人员结构管理混乱等问题,管理人员系统存在外部资源和信息获取困难、上下级目标断层等现象,而大数据技术在优化CBA联赛组织结构以及应对类似疫情的突发事件等方面中具有重要的应用价值。要建立创新型CBA人力资源管理体系,就需要创新人力资源管理理念,建立阶段性绩效管理和考核机制,并确定各人员系统的目标次序,使之发挥整体作用。 This article uses the literature data method,structural analysis method and case analysis method,etc.,combined with the AGIL model in the structural function theory to conduct a functional review of the CBA human resource management system.The research found that the CBA human resource management system includes management systems for competitive personnel,business personnel,and managers.Among them,the competitive personnel system has problems such as long adaptation cycles and confusion in personnel structure management.The managerial system has difficulties in obtaining external resources and information,and higher-level goals.Faults and other phenomena,and big data technology has important application value in optimizing the organizational structure of the CBA league and responding to emergencies similar to the epidemic.To establish an innovative CBA human resource management system,it is necessary to innovate the concept of human resource management,establish a staged performance management and assessment mechanism,and determine the target sequence of each personnel system to make it play an overall role.
