摘要
我国体育教师政策是政府对体育教师相关资源进行调配的有效工具,是各方利益冲突与协调的产物。新中国成立以来,自上而下的多个行政管理主体分别从宏观、中观、微观层面对我国体育教师的各项待遇政策施加了影响。我国体育教师待遇从发展脉络来看,大致经历了待遇环境的改良期,待遇的衰落与调整期,待遇的建设期和待遇的发展期四个阶段。主要存在待遇不公、经费投入不足和多重负面因素影响问题。应从促进同工同酬、提高待遇发放科学性和克服负面影响等方面对症解决。
The PE teacher policy of our country is an effective tool for the government to allocate the related resources of PE teachers and the result of the conflicts of interests and coordination of all parties.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,a number of administrative subjects from the top to the bottom have exerted influence on the treatment policies of physical education teachers in China from the macro,medium and micro levels respectively.Since the founding of new China,the treatment of P.E.teachers in China has experienced four stages from the perspective of development:the improvement of treatment environment,the decline and adjustment of treatment,the construction of treatment and the development of treatment.The main problems are unfair treatment,insufficient funding and multiple negative factors.It should be solved from the aspects of promoting equal pay for equal work,strengthening the construction of conditions for payment of treatment and overcoming negative effects.
