后疫情时代安全健康概念下的城市既有社区空间适宜性更新研究

Research on the Suitability Renewal of Existing Urban Community Space under the Concept of Safety and Health in the Post-epidemic Era

新冠肺炎疫情自2019年末暴发至今,城市既有社区空间暴露出"管控紊乱、被动不适"的问题,忽视了人、空间与健康之间的动态适宜性。文章解析既有社区空间的核心要素,从应急的设施与空间、交通流线、社区协作等方面归纳社区空间存在的问题。从多维视野,梳理安全健康相关理论,建立"肌体-空间-行为"模式的认知基础,明晰安全健康社区概念。结合免疫系统的生物智慧,启迪社区空间营建的思维,提出边界管控、内部调适、全域协同的适宜性更新策略。

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in late 2019,the community space exposed the coping problems of"management disorder,passive discomfort",ignoring the dynamic suitability between people,space and health.The paper analyzes the core elements of the existing community space,and summarizes the problems in the aspects of emergency facilities and space,traffic flow lines,and community collaboration.From a multi-dimensional perspective,it combs the safety and health related theories,establishes the multi-dimensional cognitive foundation of the"body-space-behavior"model,and clarifies the concept of a safe and healthy community.The biological intelligence of the immune system inspires the thinking of community space construction,and proposes the suitability renewal strategies of boundary control,internal adjustment,and global coordination.
